Hot Stone Massage: Experience the Power of Relaxation
A hot stone massage is a therapeutic massage that uses heated, smooth stones, typically basalt, to relax muscles, relieve pain, and improve circulation. Massage therapists place the stones on specific points of the body or use them to glide and apply pressure during the massage, often combining them with standard massage techniques like Swedish massage. The heat from the stones penetrates the body, helping to release tension, increase blood flow, and promote a deep sense of relaxation.
